Ich habe diesen Saitensatz auf unterschiedlichen Gitarren getestet.
Zwei Taylor, Modell 422 (1998), Jewel Kilcher Signaturen, sowie auf einer Gibson L-4 (1934).
Der Instrumentencharakter bleibt im Grundsatz sehr gut erhalten. Die Ergebnisse stehen allen Gitarren sehr gut.

Den Taylorgitarren nimmt der Satz die taylortypische Sterilität und fördert den „Kernton“ bei dennoch sehr schöner Obertonstruktur. Die Gibson L-4 klingt sehr salonfähig und bringt eine erstaunliche Auflösung.

Freilich kommt die typische Phosphor Bronze CharakTeristik gut zu Geltung. Warm und gut aufgelöst und eben nicht so briTZZZzzzelig wie die üblichen Messing Saiten.

Im Vergleich zu den Gibson Masterbuilt Saiten, ebenfalls Phosphorbronze kommen mir die LaBella etwas transparenter und langlebigervor.
Das Spielgefühl ist sehr angenehm.

Die LaBella sind seit einiger Zeit meine Stardardsaiten für meine Akustikgitarren geworden.
