Good set for the price

I use them on a Stratocaster, they stay in tune even after long use of the whammy bar. They wear out quit quick though, I would say they last less than other strings on the market.

Weird sound and break easily

The high E broke on the first day.
I haven't had a string break in 5 years so that was new.
The sound was... weird. But consistent, maybe that's what they were going for, and it's not bad. Just very unusual when compared to popular string sets.

Good Retro Sound.

Good retro sounding strings with a nice feel, a little slap back echo and your straight back to the 50s/60s rock & roll sound. Good tuning stability which is important on my old Hofner which I still gig.
Overall a good quality set of strings at a good price, if you want that more retro sound and feel.
As usual excellent service from Thomann 😁
