It's got a hiss, I need to return it
Support says it's a default for this amp, it's like a static even on low volume. Stay clear of this if you got a budget for a better one. Free returns, so not a big issue.

Real Marshall clean tone, but the hiss never stops.
I’ll only comment on the clean channel. On one hand, it’s capable of beautiful clean tones with that classic Marshall character: mid-forward, warm, and very responsive to your picking hand. On the other hand, there’s a constant background hiss that gets really annoying in a quiet room. To me, it sounds like a cheap mic preamp being pushed way too hard. That’s a shame, because otherwise it plays like a real amp and feels better than any budget modelling rig I’ve tried.
