Feels like a waste of money
I got this to stack couple of Pstx Swiss Splash, it worked okay but is this worth €23,90? No, not really and here's why:
- you will want to replace the foams (they're not felts, but like a rubber mat) with actual felts
- you will have to put sleeves between the rod and the cymbal
- you will want to replace the clutch because, oh dear, it's crap.
So basically you just end up with a short hi-hat rod and couple of washers to catch the bottom hat. I know people here are saying it's okay because it's cheap, not really. It's a short hi-hat rod with throw-away extras.
- Will I buy this again? No
- Is this worth €23,90? No

Could be better
I bought it because it was cheap. It's ok for the price, and the problems don't show at first, but with time the foam might be squished due to thigtening the hi-hat and it starts to unscrew itself when using the hi-hat pedal.
