Brilliant
I love this mixer. The pre-amps sound incredible and the options for a DAW like interface on the tablet is a joy. After a few months of owning, I wish I bought it sooner.
Only things I wish it wad are a footswitch input to turn on and off fx, and better WiFi. I haven't had the WifFi fail on me, but that is only because I have used a router since day 1 since it's well known to fail.
Otherwise, absolutely love it.

Much bang for your buck
I've used it for rock, jazz and classical concerts. Indoors and out.
Also for concert recording.
Pros:
Good preamps, easy interface, realiable software, well built.
Effects plug-ins are ok sounding. Nothing really good, but their fine. They handle well at least.
Cons: The built-in wifi is pretty much useless. You WILL need to buy an external router.
You can only change the volume of auxes in post fader mode for some reason.
Quite easy to comprehend. Although some specific features are sometimes hard to find.

For its purpose it's a nobrainer
So many features for such a low price is hard to beat.

Sold my X Air for this. Glad I did!
Good mikser, and sounds as it should!
Sold my Behringer, and got this identical mixer with Midas preamps.
Good choice!
BUT NEVER USE IT IN PUBLIC WITH THE BUILT IN WIFI. WILL DIE ON YOU!

Great for live perfomance
Pros:
1. Really tiny
2. A lot of features (eq, dynamic processing, gates, reverb etc.)
3. A lot of channels
4. Great for the price
Cons:
1. There is no master fader or knob at all. This is really bad
2. Software is sloooow
3. Produced VERY loud "POP" sound while turning off. So be careful. Can easily kill your PA tweeters

Almost perfect
This console is very nice to handle.
I tested it, but i sended it back because of the lack of iphone control.
But this MR18 is still very good, it has good pre amps and a nice Ipad app. controls are easy and simple.
