A great set for the casual drummer
I have been playing this e-drum set for about two years. So far I have positive feelings towards it and I would recommend it for drumming enthusiasts on a tight budget,
The set is very easy to assemble and took me less than 30 minutes.
The built quality is adequate for the price margin. So far I have not had any major issues. Two things are worth pointing out:
- The rubber of the pads wear out fairly quickly, with small holes gradually appearing at the centre of the pad. Luckily, you can swap your snare with any of the other 3 pads. It might be an issue with my playing though. I would recommend using nylon tip drumsticks, as those seem to cause less wear.
- The velcro strips, which fix the pedals to the ground (carpet), come off after a certain period, This is easy to fix though, gluing them back with a strong glue.
I have not had any other issues concerning the build quality.
The features and sounds are adequate for the price range and a first time drummer will be pleasantly surprised with the style versatility. Also, it is possible to connect the kit to a computer, so the sound palette becomes infinite.
Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend the Millenium MPS-150 e-drum set.

Great for students and teens
It's a very satisfactory product for parents whose kids are keen to have a drum set at home.
I bought for my son for Christmas and he's very happy with it. I must say, it takes well heavy using... One has to figure out a bit all the settings, but eventually even if it doesn't seem in the beginning one can very well fine tune the sound level and the sounding to each pad.
We had an issue after a short while, the snare pad went out, didn't give any signal any more, but Thomann immediately replaced it. Since then on everything works fine.
Very important advice! If you go for it, check on a weekly/biweekly basis mtge screws and tighten them really hard each time. It can happen that during playing some parts get loose and go down. The same for the legs. I haven't yet done it, but I plan on glueing the little plastic legs on the aluminium bars, as sometimes during playing when one beats too heavily with the feat, can slip and upturn which might cause the all kit go down to one side. It happened 3 times to my son that ha caught the set and holding it until the rescue team arrived to adjust the plastic feet. It's not a big issue, I think with a bit of glue or silicon can be easily resolved.
So altogether it's a good set, great to learn, practice, amuse oneself. One has to pay attention that it's not the most stable so needs regular supervision that nothing moves out of place. Altogether we're satisfied with it and I'm glad that it can take hours of heavy beating daily and keeps working. I can say this after 6 months of intensive daily using.

Good beginner kit
Heya , as a beginner drumer that started on acoustic drums, it wasn't too difficult assmebling this in about 45 minutes with little adjustments to height and stuff.
For the price, tbh i was expecting to be cheaper, looking and small but as a 90kg and 192cm tall guy it feels decent to play.
Sounds with kits are okaj maybe need some changes in some example. Hihat sounding louder than the crash and need to hit the snare a bit harder to hear it enough. Now ive only played it for 6hours or so, so I didn't check everything, but as a light handed drummer thats smthing i realized.
The drumms dont have those festures with triggers and stuff that make it sound more like acoustic drums but its a fun kit to play and practice.
Now the acoustics of the drum eg. Noise . I play it on a 2nd floor of the house and kick can be heard through the whole house almost so not really smthing to use in an apartment/flat

Is it the cheapest semi-professional kit?
I am only a scholar, but something is evident even for me after a few months of playing. The distinctive features of this setup, in addition to its price and weight, is standalone bass drum. It is extremely important if you want to play double pedal from the beginning, and you will be unable to find a cheaper version of such a kit here. The price really matters, and some of my friends, bought this setup as a cheap rack of training rubber pads-that's great as you get much more. The weight is very low, and this makes your setup very portable, that is great. Its processor is good, with a lot of instruments, and it is a fully featured MIDI instrument with some good presets for training. I could not find evident flaws at my level. However, its nearest competitor by price and quality may have much better snare for a similar price. So, this setup could be recommended if you really care for playing bass drum (and especially, if you buy a double pedal immediately), and if you use it as a second setup. But the feeling of snare may be a bit misleading, the recoil is smaller. The sound is in general good, especially considering the size of pads. So, while it is definitely value for money and has no obvious quality issues, it can be a semi-professional setup, but maybe you would like to spend some more and buy slightly more advanced model. Personally I plan to add a separate snare pad to it later, but for now, the setup is very good for training. Nevertheless, in terms of options and playability, it is a very good kit that will be a much better start than any of its cheaper competitors.

A perfect compromise
Great kit for beginners has everything you need (except stool and headphones which is stated on the listing). Takes up less space than acoustic drum kit and can be played with headphones making practice kinder to other people. Flatpack so requires assembling but clear instructions to assist and fairly simple to do.
My daughter is extremely satisfied and enjoying the programmes and different settings to use. Only comment from my daughter is she finds the bass drum difficult to hear at times if pedal is not pressed hard.
Good value and excellent service provided by Thomann.

Really Nice drum set
This drum set is pretty amazing. For it's price it has okay sounds (not the best, not the worst). Playings feels good and it has good dynamics (again not the best but not the worse). I think it's a great choice for begginers or cheap sollutions
