This isn't necessarily bad, not by a long stretch. However, it is not good either.

To begin, a couple of dodgy things that have annoyed me over the last few months of having this:
1. The swivvel that moves the mic further away from the mic, side to side, up and down, etc (useful for recording instruments and vocals while seated - this broke off after only a few months of very VERY light use, thus rendering the stand more or less useless.
2. The height-adjusting twisty bit is quite loose. This means if you put almost any downward pressure on the mic the stand will slide down toward the ground. This is frustrating if you like to put youor hands on the mic in a live setting ie: video or gig.
3. Any sound or vibrations in the ground seem to travel up and get picked up in the mic - unsure if this is only this stand or if this is a universal issue though so maybe check for yourself.

Overall, this comes as part of a package deal and for what you PAY it is fine. It does the job. Just be careful, it's not strong.

It's okay.

If you're looking for a good option price/quality and are not going to move it a lot... go for it. I also noticed that the rubber feet were leaving black marks on my floor... solution: some painter tape.

I use this as a spare stand. I think other reviews say enough. You get what you pay for. It still finds its purpose.

It's a mic stand and it works. It's not top quality but it will do for a starter kit.

After using this stand for some time, and not very often or very extensively, the boom part just broke off, the metal just snapped. So the quality is weak.

Universal & Cheap

This mic stand is much better quality than other brand cheap mic stands of the same type. Just make sure you don't overtighten things and ruin the threads or break some plastic parts. Get a feel for how tight things need to be to be perfectly stable.
It can hold two mics which is a great thing. On a certain drum setup, you can mic the snare and the rack tom using just one stand.
This stand could be very useful at a very low price and functional in the home studio if used appropriately.

Good if you are careful

Inexpensive, stable, a little flimsy, but does the job. I would buy again because it really does not have to be built like a tank. It is good enough for studio and also for the stage if you are gentle with the plastic screw.

Does its job, for a while

Cheapest mic stands do what they're supposed to do, but don't expect this to last long even in basic use. We had two of these break after about a month of use. The plastic angle adjustment is quite fragile and will likely break sooner or later. You can still use the stand as a straight stand, which is fine for vocals or certain instrument micing, such as room mics for drums or cab mics for guitar, as long as your guitar cab is elevated on a chair or the like.

Stability is fine. The angle adjustment is the biggest problem due to its lack of durability and it's a bit wonky even before it's broken. But at this price point you can't really expect much, honestly.
