Millenium Rookie E-Drum Set

Upsides: Very compact and very low footprint, can easily be stored or transported. Suitable for children who are complete beginners to drums.
Downsides: Not playable by teenagers or adults - the drum kit is too small. Quite low volume coming out of the module, need loud headphones or monitor, low velocity curve: need to bang drums really hard to get loud sound. The module is very basic in features and sound selection. The pads and the build is quite solid.

I would recommend for small children new to drums who are still deciding if they want to play or not, so you don't spend money on more expensive kits to gather dust and take up space :)

I have some experience with acoustic drums. I bought this set to help me record some stuff. For recording by modifying the sounds via a special program is OK. But for learning and playing is another story. The cheap equipment makes it difficult to play, especially for rookies. It does not motivate you to learn playing drums, but to quit. Better give some more money and buy a better one.

The bass pedals double hit, the snare needs to hit it really hard to sound normal, or else you barely hear it. Very thin cables. I hope they last at least 1 year without audio interference. , other than that, an easy assembly and fair price.
