Millenium Touring Trolley

Is it the best case in the world? Not sure.
Will you be able to find a better value case for storing and bringing a moderate amount of hardware to and from gigs semi-regularly! probably not.
If you want to carry tonnes of hardware to gigs more than weekly then maybe invest in something more expensive and rigid (the case itself is quiet easily ripped with very frequent use) but if you need a case to transport your drum hardware to practice or the odd gig here and there, this is a great option. I’ve used it for over a year and the only damage is around the handles so I would recommend avoiding them unless the case is packed lightly. That being said we’ve managed to fit 3 cymbals stands, hi hat stand, snare stand, tom stands, kick pedal and a drum throne into this without having to think too much about fitting or placement, there’s lots of room. If you only use the case for basic hardware (hi hat, pedals, tom legs, snare stand etc.) and a cymbal stand or two I can imagine it lasting much longer.

Did much research in looking for affordable quality options for hardware storage as I had a gig coming up. Managed fit 3 cymbal stands, 2 cymbal clamps, snare stand, tom holder, floor tom legs, stick bag, and 2 mics stands with ease. Only thing I couldn't fit was my hihat stand.

Overall a great product, was thinking about getting one without the wheels but they are necessary in my opinion as the weight is too great. Carrying up stairs was quite difficult and I found the handle somewhat awkward. I think having to spaced apart handles might work better for a better grip.

Recently one of the zips broke off which is disappointing as its an overall good priced functional product but is still usable at the moment.

Overall great product kept my gear safe, especially from Irish rain and weather.

• You can stock ALL the hardware in the world with this
• It's really affordable
• The case is VERY long and bulky, so it's hard to fit in a normal car.
(• It's much bigger than what it looks like on the pictures)
• It's a bit bouncy when you try to "turn" with it!

I recommend it if you have a LOT of hardware and space in your car to carry it all in one.

If you have only a couple of cymbal stands, your hi-hat stand and your chair with limited space in your car, I'd suggest you look for something smaller (The Millenium E-Drum Bag should do it).

I was using a large wooden case for my hardware but it was very heavy with all the gear in it, so I researched this item and took a chance with it. I have used it 3 times and so far the pluses are that I don't have to dismantle the stands or hi-hat stand as the case is very long which means I don't have to strip down the stands which saves time setting up, its sides have slight reinforcing which keeps the case in shape but when full it can sag a bit around the sides. Their's a carry handle at each end with 2 hand straps in the middle, its very good value and is quite strong, however if your going to carry a large amount of stands which I don't, I would have to recommend a stronger case, possibly Hardcase or something similar for the job. I also found that if you use the center handles then you have to put the case on its side which can be awkward to lift as this puts the wheels on the off side and can be difficult to lift depending on the weight of your equipment, other than that I'm quite happy with my purchase.
