I have an Epiphone Les Paul and have been wanted to upgrade the bridge pick up since I first purchased it. As a huge Mastodon fan, I was introduced to Mojotone through the Bill Kelliher signature pick ups. I didn’t want to swap out both, I decided on the 44 magnum as an alternative after speaking to mojotone and thomann reps.

It’s a fantastic pick up at a really good price point. Really articulate and great for replicating that tight, heavy Mastodon sound.

These guys deserve more recognition and I’ll definitely be trying out other models in the future!
