Warm Sounds
I use to play in a band and a member had a few of the MoogerFoogers on his pedal board. Got a chance to play with them from time to time. Based on my memory from that, the plugins are a tamed version of the pedals but still sound very good if you're after a "modulation with warmth" type of sound. Obviously, these pedals can lead to wild experimental sounds but if dialed back in small increments, they can also be very good utilities in an effects chain.
