Simple and sounds great

Very simple to use and sounds great. Sounds lush and big. Excellent effect to kick in now and then.
I can hear the woosh sound in the signalpath in silent situations, I think it bleeds a little to signalpath or thru shared powersource. So use isolated powersource or battery (did not try this).

Small but effective

Smaller than its big brother, but just as good. Mot so many knobs, but I don't miss them. Takes up less space on my board. Highly recommended. No frills and functional.

Un flanger basique mais efficace

Utilisation: 2 potards, 1 rate, 1 regen. On ne peut pas faire plus simple.

Fabrication: Made by MXR, indestructible. La pédale est en métal bien costaud, seuls les potentiomètres sont en plastique avec des marqueurs fluorescents (pratique sur scène).

Son: Rien à redire, le micro flanger porte bien son nom. Malgré sa taille, l'effet est efficace et chose assez plaisante, il n'y a aucune baisse de son lorsque l'on mais la machine en route contrairement à ce que l'on trouve généralement sur la plupart des flangers numériques.

En résumé: Un excellent choix pour cherche un flanger tout simple mais envoie ce qu'il faut à un prix raisonnable.

Great for what it is

This pedal i exactly what is says it is. A simple, two-control analog flanger pedal. And that's precisely what it delivers.

I use this pedal with guitar sounds that would best be matched with rock from the 70's all through the 90's, which means it gets used quite alot. I've been having some difficulties with getting it to actually fatten up the sound as some flangers tend to do, but other than that it precisely does what it's supposed to.

The pedal itself is sturdy as all hell and won't break down in the first place. The knobs feel nice to turn and overall like a quality build.

One negative would be the lack of customisability of the flange itself, but I guess you would have to perhaps move up to a different pricerange for that.

My concensus is that it's a wonderful pedal that does exactly what it's supposed to do.
