Solid ukulele picks
I bought both these Flex Tech Plectrums and the Felt Picks.
They are definitely much better then the leather picks from Ortega as they are made from one piece of material.
They are a bit "fat" but they do make your ukulele ring!
If you want to get really loud with your uke these, are the picks for you.
If you want more mellow and more finger-y sound but still loud enough - go for the felt picks.
Or just buy both like I did!

Works great for bass!
I mainly use them for playing my bass guitar. I know it's specific, but I was searching for the sound that is somewhere in the middle between fingerstyle and picking and I found it with these picks. The durability of these picks isn't exactly the best for bass, but I think that most of the people will buy them for ukulele, where it shouldn't be too much of a problem.
