Tolles Ein/Umsteiger Mundstück

Wie viele ambitionierte Hobby-Saxophonisten war es Zeit einen weiteren Schritt auf der Suche nach dem „perfekten Sound“ zu tätigen. Dieses Mundstück schafft es sowohl samtweich ein Jazz-Solo zu säuseln, wie auch präsent und sonor-rauchig ein Rockstück zu begleiten; also ein Multitalent. Saubere und sehr leichte Ansprache, vor allem im oberen Register. Ich habe es im direkten Vergleich mit dem Super Tonemaster (Vorgänger) und dem Florida, beide von Otto Link probiert; für mich ohne Zweifel das beste Mundstück der drei.
Einzige Kritik ist die leicht rauhe Oberfläche vom Tisch, der etwas zu große Einlauf-Durchmesser (zum S-Bogen), und die fleckige Vergoldung der Blattschraube. Das reicht für einen kleinen (Stern) Abzug in der Verarbeitung.
Das wichtigste ist aber der Sound. Und der lässt nur wenig bis keine Wünsche offen und hat mich in meiner Klangfindung eine großes Stück weiter gebracht.
