The in-house engineers only need to install the plug-ins; you simply plug in your dongle, and you’re ready to go.

This also allows you to run software like Pro Tools without an internet connection.

It does the job well; it’s sturdy and reliable, but a bit pricey for a simple stick, hence the four stars.

The actual design of the key is much improved from first gen, however the whole system and support if anything goes wrong is a real minefield for the end user.

Buy this and you are less likely to be disappointed if your system crashes. Only criticism is that it's a pretty long key - would be alot neater were it as small as some of the modern USB flash drives and wireless adapters you see that barely protrude from the USB port.

Solid, sturdy, stable dongle for copy protection.

But hardware dongles in 2020? Shame on you some software developers.
