On its quest to develop the optimal cymbal sound, a special Paiste sound alloy from patented bronze was developed for the signature series. The result is instruments that have been gaining recognition since their introduction in 1989, and have proven themselves both in the studio as well as live. The Thin China of the signature line offers a dark, full and "trashy" sound. From the first hit very explosive, then follows a soft, short sustain. Good for the lower volume range
