Das Mundstück will/wollte ich für den Einsatz bei kalten Wetter draussen haben. Gespielt werden soll auf einer normalen Tenor-Bass-Posaune. Der Kessel ist etwas flacher als bei einem "normalen" 6,5er Mundstück, ist stärker abgerundet am Rand und die Bohrung ist auch etwas grösser. Also kein echtes 6,5 nach Bach.
Es ist kein direkter Umstieg von einem auf das andere Mundstück mit gleicher Größenangabe möglich. Aber mit etwas üben kann man sich darauf einstellen, also so, als wenn man ein komplett anderes Mundstück benutzen würde. Für das Buzzing unterwegs reicht es aber allemal. Leicht und unempfindlich ist hier das vorteilhafte dabei.
Im Gegensatz zum Produktbild hat der Schaft eine Stufe drin.

Ich habe mir die Mundstücke gekauft (gleich 3 Stück), um auf Außeneinsätzen an der Fasnet (Fasnacht / Karneval) nicht am Mundstück fest zu frieren. Aufgrund des unangenehmen Ansatzfgefühls und dem eher mäßigen Ton, den die Posaune mit diesen Mundstücken (egal welche Größe) macht benutze ich diese aber nur wenn es wirklich extrem kalt ist (tief in den Minusgraden).
