At least they're cheap and easy to replace

These are the weak spot of otherwise good Pearl hardware. Make sure if you need this or the PL-09! Two different stand diameters for these two different replacement bushings. Or just order both and see which one fits.

Pros:
- easy to replace
- low cost

Cons:
- tendency to break

Get a couple of these in reserve and you'll be fine.

I am glad pearl and thomann has those in stock because some pearl stands i have were useless because that broke. I recommend that you buy extra quantity because those are fragile.
