I love it!
I bought this capo after I tested a Harley Benton spring style capo. (see other review from me) The planet wave Capo is the best smal peace of gear that I have beside my guitar. Easy to mount, qiuck to change. Very good build quality. The srew head is easy to operate and let you easily adjust the right tension to the strings. So you dont worrie abou damaging the neck of your guitars. Now I've got 3 more of this genuis tools. I use them with my E-Guitars (Fender 70s classic player strat, modern player jaguar) aswell with my accustic guitars (epiphone ej-200 and Cort earth). Overall I think this is the best value capo you can get.

Small, light-weight, & easy to use capo.
I bought this to replace an old spring/trigger capo with the desire to have a little more control over how much tension it's putting on my strings & neck.
I'm very pleased with the build quality & padding. The screw turns very smoothly & has a good balance of how much you need to turn it vs how much control you have over tightness.
This capo is super low-profile, making it a treat to play around. It takes up around half the space on the fret than barring it with your finger would, and sticks out even less.

Well made capo
Love this capo for its fine adjustment and small physical size and no sharp edges. You can set the tension using the thumb wheel so that it is fretted without going sharp. Once in place you will not feel it. The only downside is that it takes a little longer to change fret than other capos as you need to undo the screw, move then brighten. So not maybe ideal for quick changes at gigs. It's shape and adjustment means that it fits all my guitar necks including LP, SG, Tele, Strat.

Capo saves my 12-string!
I've several double stringed fretted instruments - and I have failed to buy a satisfactory capo for any off them ...... until now.
This is the bees-knees for my Yamaha 12-string and Fyllde bouzouki.
No more string buzzing and damping. All my strings are singing out sweetly and proudly.
Of course, such clamp-strength comes with a price - you can't easily slip this capo on and off. Its a screw tightening mechanism, so, you are where you are.
Let me say this - I was thinking of selling the 12 string and was buying some stuff from Thomas and saw that if I could something else worth ¤20.00, i'd get my delivery free. So essentially, I got the capo for nothing and I got a new guitar . the rejuvenated 12-string.

Autant sur acoustique qu'électrique.
Simple d'utilisation et efficace. On ne demande que ça à un capo, mais en plus celui-ci est élégant et s'adapte sur toutes mes guitares, de ma petite acoustique à ma basse.

Great capo with easy handling
I own quite a few capos and this one is my favorite. The adjustment wheel is simple and fast to use and controls the tension much better than the "older classic" type of capos. The build seems good, its much lighter than most capos but it hasn't caused me any trouble so far. If you need to move your capo up and down the neck between songs or if you are taking it on and off a lot during gigs this capo works great.

Loved this capo, until it broke.
I really love this capo because it's small and light, but feels really strong. It can be closed pretty far, so it will fit on any (small) guitar. I like playing on smaller body, acoustic guitars. Some other capos don't close enough to put enough tension on these smaller necks. Also, it can be tightened enough that it can be screwed on the head of your neck, while not using it. You can perfectly adjust the tension with the turning knob.
Sadly, after a while the turning knob came off while the capo was still on the neck. Since I couldn't unscrew it, the capo was stuck there. After some twisting and pulling, it came off. Luckily, this didn't happen live!
Overall, a great capo. It takes a bit more time to install than the classic ones, but very much worth it. But don't turn the knob too tightly (?)
