Very good guitar
This review is based on two week period of playing. Additional review will be after longer period of time.
Body finish is without a flaws. Finish on the back of the neck is pleasent for playing. It's not sticky. Compairing to Fender Player it is little rougher on Silver Sky.
Frets are well rounded with no sprouts. They needed some polishing when guitar arrived but they were more than playable before polishing. There are no dead frets and no string buzzing with string action around 1.6mm.
Bridge is standard, nothing special. It does it's job. You should know I'm not a heavy whammy bar user.
Tuners hold tune very well. Buttons on them are plastic and in grey color. They are not my favourite detail, but it is matter of aesthetic not functionality.
Pickups are very nice, they offer variety od tones that you expect from SSS s-type guitar. Pot knobs feel plastic and little bit cheap but there is no cracking during use. They do what they supposed to do.
Pickup selector is 5-way switch. It works smooth and without cracking.
One thing that I don't like is that balls at the end of strings are stucking in tremolo block holes and you can have problems with strings change. It's not a mayor issue but it shouldn't happened at this price point guitars.
Everything said, SS is one great guitar. You should try it. Recommendation.
