Excellent
This DI-box works great for a studio set up.
I am running it through a focusrite interface and it has vastly improved the quality of my guitar Di's. When used in conjunction with amp simulation software the sound is greatly improved.
I have also used it to record my amp while also capturing DI signals and it worked exactly as expected.
I have not used this live but with it's sturdy build quality, it should withstand the abuse that live performance brings without recieving any major damaged but don't quote me on that.
It works great for Electric Guitar, Bass and Acoustic guitars (I haven't tried anything else through it as of yet).

I'm using it for recording guitars with a Scarlett 2i4.
Pros:
Excellent build quality, simple to use. It's great for taming too hot guitars to prevent sound card clipping without any loss in tone.
Cons:
None
Would recommend this to anyone who's having issues with a too hot guitar signal.

Lotta bang for the buck
Classic spare DI, because it always works. Always. I have been using mine forever and it just doesn't brake down. I'm pretty sure I can throw mine out the window, walk down, pick it up and it would still work. Using it for bass and it gives a very well balanced sound that works great for tv or live shows. Studio, not so much though. Could use a little more fatness but hey, this thing is definitely worth the money!

Great little DI box
I purchased this for a uni project in which I tested this against a cheap £10 DI Box. Funnily enough the frequency response of the cheaper DI had a completely flat response and this coloured the sound within the high mid - treble frequencies.
HOWEVER, If you have a decent budget to spend on a DI box i'd definately recommend this. Superb quality, I cannot fault it!

Built as a tank
Sounds amazing, is built like a tank, and works always right out of the box. What else can be said?
I use this one as a buffer between my amp line out and the interface. It greatly helps to retain my highs.

Radial DI
Top quality DI from Radial Engineering... Like all radial products the build quality is top notch, as is the sound. I use 2 of these, one for a synth and one for a mandolin and the sound is exceptional in both cases. Built like a tank.

Great DI
I bought one of these at the same time as a SB-1 and a Klark Tecknik DN100. Took a bit of a punt as I had never used any Radial Engineering stuff previously and chose it over the old tried and trusted BSS AR-133. Bought based on various online reviews from multiple sources. I was not disappointed The Radial kit is absolutely rock solid in terms of build quality and the sound quality is well above its price point. Where the SB-1 is a very warm sound that gives depth to an acoustic guitar this DI is cleaner and more transparent though not so much that it sounds clinical, which the DN100 does.
