Slim ends
The flat ends on this are excellent for fitting in between side mounted jacks on a crowded pedalboard.

Great for switchers or expression pedals
Recently started swapping out a lot of my pedal-board patch cables for the more expensive version of these (different manufacturer). I went for one of these to wire up the channel/reverb switch for my amp to a locking jack socket on the side of the board. Can't vouch for signal quality as it's literally only been used for switching but the space saving effect is the same as the more expensive brand. Also, the Rockboard cables have a wider range in terms of lengths and balanced/unbalanced options.

Very compact
This cable is really very compact and pretty flexible so works well on pedal board. I cannot comment on sound quality because I am using it just to transfer MIDI to Echosystem

Ideal for big stretches on pedalboards.
These Rockboard flat cables are really winning me over. If you're trying to achieve a tidy pedalboard look, I'd strongly recommend this brand. Everything fits so tightly together with them. I'm certainly satisfied with what I get for the super cheap prices.
This particular one's nice for when there's a long stretch between pedals and you don't want to break out a more bulky cable to connect them.
