Does exactly what it says on the tin... and very well!
Exactly what I wanted in a tuner - Built tough with the metal housing, easy to operate, works on power & battery (included), and has a large, (very) clear display! It's a steal at this price... save money on such a necessity, and spend your money on other cool stuff!

Wake up!
I bought this tuner based on a few very positive review. It was very well priced too. It had a good big clear display which would obviously be a benefit at gigs and it seemed well built plus it had the basic features needed, nothing fancy but it could change the base tuning frequency and mute the signal when tuning ... BUT ... it is soooo slow to react to the guitar signal that it was unusable. Sometimes at a gig you need to adjust tuning very fast and this was impossible so I gave up on it. It now lies redundant in a drawer. I should have returned it but I never got around to it. In conclusion I'd suggest you try something else.

Best value pedal tuner with many useful features!
Rockboard Stage Tuner ST-01 V2 is a great-best value chromatic pedal tuner with many useful features!
These are the best of it:
+ Large display!
+ True bypass!
+ Separate output for audible tuning!
+ Reference frequency adjustable: 432 - 445 Hz (I like 432 Hz tuning!)
+ Detuning function (useful!)
+ Power supply via enclosed 9 V battery or optional 9 V DC power supply!
+ Metal housing!
I've liked it so much that I've ordered it again from Thomann!

Top budget pedal tuner
I bought this thing for gigs. The build quality is excellent and looks capable of taking a beating.
The screen works very well in dark spaces, it is quick in tuning(I also compared it to the higher end tuners bandmates have). +1 for the black colour.
I am seriously thinking of buying a second one as I am kind of in between two countries at the moment. Grab one while they are cheap!

Works like a charm!
The headline says it all! Nice big display, no perceptible latency and fairly accurate. And all of this for a price that's hard to beat...
The calibrate option is nice to have, I don't use the detune function but I can see the use for some.
One thing to be aware of, though: when you use a TRS lead for input, it doesn't work, the device won't turn on. You have to use a "simple" TS instrument cable (the manual doesn't mention this).
Recommended!

Sometimes it's laggy
Good build quality
The switch is pressed with force and makes a click, I did not expect such a switch for such a price.
Large and convenient screen
Availability of two connection modes
BUT
The most important purpose of a tuner is tune the guitar. And sometimes it's laggy. And idk why (maybe because it costs 30$) sometimes during the tuning process, the tuner may show different notes for a split second, and this makes tuning your guitar annoying. I love the design of this tuner, but, uhhh, tuner is for tuning, so i guess i'll buy something else.

Its just not good
I got this because I wanted something a bit more accurate than my phone apps and something I could use in a more quiet setting.
I really wanted to like this, I really did. But it is slow and inaccurate. I rarely regret my orders, but if I could go back in time and stop myself from buying this - I would.

My Opinion on The Rockboard Stage Tuner ST-01 V2 and shipping.
The Rockboard Stage Tuner ST-01 V2 comes in handy a lot, since regular clip on tuners have disadvantages like struggling to hear the pitch of the note in an area with lots of other noise since it will also pickup the background noise too. Unlike the Rockboard Stage Tuner ST-01 V2 It gets the signal straight from the guitar and u can tune it, no matter how loud it is in a room. A regular clip on tuner is not extremely accurate but the Rockboard Stage Tuner ST-01 V2 is extremely accurate because it gets the signals straight from the guitar so it knows exactly what pitch it is. The shipping was excellent too. It took about a week to get to Ireland. It might take longer during the holidays though.
