Needs some improvement
It's not a bad product, but it does have some design issues that could be improved. I bought it a while ago and used it regularly for gigs around the city. The hard plastic wheels provide no cushioning on rough surfaces like sidewalks, so my guitar amps took quite a beating, which made me worry about the long-term effect on delicate equipment. It's also too narrow to carry a drum kit securely, since the drums can slide off even with small bumps. I tried using bungee cords, but they only helped a little. Folding it into hand-truck mode, or folding it up completely, also makes it easy to catch your fingers. I noticed there's now an off-road version, so perhaps a conversion kit could be offered as well. In the end, I went back to a rubber-wheeled hand truck with no moving parts, and the Rock N Roller is now sitting in my garage.
