Works fine but signal level is really low
Adapter works fine but when I connected my headset through it (Beyerdynamic MMX 300) signal level is really low. I need to max out preamps in interface to even hear something. I know it's always "better safe than sorry" since probably other mics could get damaged from higher voltage than VXLR+ feeds but still it's a bit of inconvenience.
Other than that everything is cool.

Good stuff, mono though.
Use
Switching the 48V phantom power of my audio interface to 3V for EM172 capsules. Works well for one. But since I'm working on a binaural recording setup, I need stereo. I wrongly assumed it would work because of TRS jack. Will buy a second one.
Would have been nice if this was mentioned in the description.

Works fine, allows longer cable runs with on camera mics
Use: allows me to use Rode VideoMicro with an audio interface/zoomh5, using XLR cables, or even on a boom pole.
Pros:
build quality
belt clip included
3.5mm threaded jack (screw on type)
Cons:
not as cheap as a passive adapter, but price seems reasonable
Have to think of a better mounting solution when using with a boom pole. Temporarily can use tape, but maybe an elastic band or something else would be better.
