Cable failure after just a few months

Wanted to get some cables that last me longer than the cheap brands, unfortunately these started breaking up and losing signal after just a few performances. Yes I wrap and transport them properly. They also coil into themselves a lot while playing, that plus the thickness make them pretty unwieldy at times. Honestly not recommended.
