H
One shock mount to rule them all..
HaKaryan 06.03.2021
If you are like me and you switch mic's often,
it is nice to have a quick and easy solution for (almost) every mic I own, and the 4 screw system, is surprising strong and stable.

I can confirm that it Fits a tlm 103 nicely, and no risk of dropping to the floor, even that it is hung upside down in my booth.
also , it is well build , does what it suppose to do,
and looks cool regardless.

almost every mic that respect itself comes with own designated shock mount, or if you are Neumann, you charge and extra 100-150 EUR for it, but here, for about half , you can get a solid solution for almost all of your condensers.
one of those all rounder for the studio.

It works
Bill E 14.12.2017
Bought this for the Neumann TLM107. Put simply, it works!
Pros: It has removable connector so that it fits to the two standardised microphone fittings. Connecting to the stand is simple and problem free. It is well made, strong and looks good. The spring load delivers with confidence. It has an adjustable angle connector which is helpful. In use recording, it worked absolutely fine.
Cons: With the TLM 107, it requires more effort to set up to ensure that the mounts are not interfering with the toggle switch for polar pattern selection. it is a little frustrating if you need to change polar patterns as you cannot access the toggle switch when it is sitting in the mount. This involves having to lift it out, select a pattern and then carefully replace it in the mount. Considering the price, this is a small complaint and part of the frustration is related to the polar pattern switch positioned to the rear of the TLM 107. I would like to have slightly longer mounting screws as may give the option to raise it higher in the mount. Overall, It is good value for the money. If I had two TLM 107's would I buy another Rycote? Absolutely!

Solide, variabel, funktioniert.
aigiko 07.02.2019
Ich nutze die Halterung in meiner Sprecherkabine für ein älteres Mikro, das nicht in gängige Halterungen passt. Vorm Preis bin ich kurz zurückgezuckt, aber sie ist es wert. Solide, gutes Material, gut einstellbar, funktioniert einfach. Sehr sympathisch, volle Punktzahl.
