I use two of the tubes for transporting 4 Røde M5 microphones (each matched pair in one tube) and a Røde VideoMic NTG in the third tube, when the NTG is not packed “fully mounted” with camera shock mount and dead cat in a standard kitchenware spaghetti-box (also holding cables etc.). Same applies to one ‘bare-bones’ Sennheiser MKE 600, that will otherwise just fit into a normal Spagetti-box with mounted dead cat, cables and the tiny, but effective mount.

Real problem: ONLY three foam inserts are included (per tube) NOT four. The latter would be better, since the foam inserts easily end up “anywhere else”, than where expected (a slight gust of wind is all it takes).

Tip: If not in use, place foam inserts in wide part of a set. Far easier to get out ;-)

Guter Schutz für Mikro bis 35 cm Länge und 2,6 cm Breite

Obwohl nur bis 20 cm Länge angegeben passen Mikros bis 35 cm Länge. Die Hülle besteht aus 2 sich ineinander verdrehende Tuben (Gewinde) aus weichem Plastik. So lässt sich die Länge an des Mikro anpassen.
Drinnen sind 4 Schaumstofftuben die sich stark komprimieren lassen und das Mikro an den Enden schützen.
Bei mir ersetzen die Tuben Zipp-Plastikbeutel, die ich zum Kratzschutz
für meine Sennheiser ME66 und ME64 einsetzte. Professioneller sehen sie allemal aus und leichte Stürze dürften sie problemlos abfedern. Wasserdicht sind sie nicht.

J'avais vu ce type de boite livrée avec le Neumann KMR 81 I et avait trouvé ça pratique car je suis du genre a vraiment vraiment faire attention a mes micros.
J'ai donc acheté ces boites et il faut dire qu'elle font bien leur travail : dans la boite ils craignent rien donc je peux les mettre un peut en bazard avec le reste du matériel. Pour quelqu'un qui se déplace beaucoup ça fait la différence.
Ce qui est bien c'est qu'ils s'adaptent parfaitement à la longueur du micros et que la mousse est séparée en quartes petits segments pour en rajouter ou en enlever a la convenance.

Mais il faut faire attention aux micros long ( a partir de ~25cm ) car la rigidité du tube n'est pas légendaire, et il faut commencer a enlever de plus en plus de mousse.
