S
You do not get what you order!
Shango 02.12.2024
I relayed this issue to a chat agent and have given 4 days to see the update I suggested and it hasn't happened so here's what you need to know as a paying customer.

Thomas do not stick the symbol listed or pictured here. They stock the AAX 16 thin BR. The difference is the bell - the one they will send you of you buy this has a brilliant bell, not a raw bell like shown.
The cymbal they stock is a high end Sabian product, but it is not what you are handing over your money for, it is a variation.
Sound rating is relative to what I ordered - sure the BR sounds like a high end AAX, but it does not sound the same as the regular 16 thin AAX with the raw bell.
Quality rated high because the product is well made, total score 1/5 because support made no effort to apologise for sending me the wrong product I had spent €300+ on and haven't updated the listing or image since.

Very poor experience and less than appropriate way to treat paying customers.
