you see great and terrible ratings for this thing, and here is why
“It’s not for everyone”
I messed with it for 30 minutes and I can say I like it, it’s fun and sounds good for its size.
Hence I play soft and my guitar is not very loud, it balances beautifully.
So positive: fun , easy to install , sounds nice

Cons:
it does rattle with some notes, the more resonant your guitar body is the more rattle you get.
not great for loud playing
it is little expensive for what it is
Not sure how long this “sticky gum” that will last and where to get a replacement for it if needed.

As for Thomann service, 10/10 as usually
