Great book.

I do not regret buying this book. So many traditional melodies in it, fun to play every time. Also good for students. One down side is that there's no backing tracks, only recordings of melodies. Everything else is great. Thank You Patrick Steinbach.

Da mir Band 1 bereits schon sehr gut gefallen hat, hab ich mir nun auch noch den zweiten Teil zugelegt. Und wie nicht anders zu erwarten, gefällt mir die Zusammenstellung sehr gut. Ich spiele die Lieder mit Blockflöte und tinwhistle. Beides funktioniert sehr gut und hat seinen eigenen Charme.
Am Ende des Bandes findet sich zu jedem Lied noch eine kurze Erläuterung, die mal mehr, mal weniger hilfreich ist. Sehr gut finde ich auch das Audiomaterial. Als noch nicht so erfahrener Spieler von Irish Folk Musik erhält man mit den Einspielungen viele hilfreiche Anregungen. Toll ist auch, dass es das Audiomaterial als Download gibt: für mich bequemer und zeitgemäßer als die CD-Variante.

Nicht nur für Flute

Da ich Akkordeon und Keyboard spiele und ich eine Vorliebe für Irish Musik
habe bin ich bei Thomann in der Notenabteilung auf dieses Band gestoßen und bin begeistert und würde es jeden empfehlen der gerne Irish Musik spielt. Da die Akkorde mit ausgeschrieben sind lässt es sich mit nahezu fast jeden Instrument spielen und die erhaltenen Lieder sind echt sehr schön da man auch noch mit improvisiertem Spiel mit das ganze aufwerten kann. Also mein Tip....besorgt es Euch.
