Auf einem Selmer Serie 3 Sopran geht ein Jody Jazz HR gut los. Die Intonation ist auch in den Griff zu bekommen, wenn man es ganz auf den S-Bogen rammt. Die Palm Keys waren aber nicht so das gelbe. Das Super Session ist zwar etwas schwieriger zu bändigen, belohnt aber mit weit besserem Ansprechen des obersten Bereiches. Nachdem neue Blätter auf diesem eingespielt wurden, ist der Unterschied deutlich. (Alte Blätter mit neuen Mundstücken zu testen halte ich für eine schlechte Idee) Bei mir hat die Selmer Ligatur nicht so toll funktioniert. Eine D’Addario H-Ligature war bei mir weit besser. Ich bin mir bewusst das die Kombination Bläser, Blatt, Mundstück und Instrument bei jedem anders ist. Es gibt wohl keinen der Sax spielt, der nur ein Mundstück in der Schublade hat ;).
