sturdy build, real buttons, very well made

very long battery life, one of the best I've seen

Good sound quality (as an ex-audiophile, they sound the same as my old high-end audio technicas)

the app has very powerful EQ, I use it to transcribe parts in songs

reliable bluetooth, I like it
CONs:
the pads fall off sometimes for no bloody reason and I need like 20 minutes to reattach

doesn't fold backwards, as in, you can't rest it on your neck comfortably. (on the bright side, you don't like a douche, wearing headphones on your neck at all times)

the ANC hurts my ears, it normally doesn't on other headphones
