Disappointed with sound and build quality

I own many Sennheiser products and these simply doesn't live up to brand standards. The audio sounds terrible and the build seems very fragile.

cette version bluetooth est très bien au niveau son mais les matériaux sont peu qualitatif et paraissent fragile (fil très fin). appareillage facile et connexion stable. autonomie satisfaisante. une étoile de moins pour fragilité et prix.

Zu allererst mal die (wenigen) guten Punkte:
- gute Akkulaufzeit
- problemloses Pairing
- akustisches Feedback
- Laden via USB-C

Und jetzt die Minuspunkte:
- schlecht verarbeitetes Plastik
- zu kurzes Kabel
- Bedienelemente haptisch kaum voneinander zu unterscheiden
- minderwertiges Mikrofon, welches durch die schlechte Platzierung im Bedienelement vollkommen versagt
- mäßige Ausgangslautstärke an IE500.

Ich habe ehrlich gesagt deutlich mehr erwartet. Geht wieder zurück.
