Amazing guitar!

I actually bought 4 guitars at once))) Martin OOO 10e, Taylor GS mini-e Mahogany, Sheeran by Lowden Subtract Edition S Ltd. and PRS SE P20E) Sheeran immediately became my favorite finger style guitar! Amazing sound! Very easy to play. Response is more than great, it's simply wonderful! I'm just really truly happy with this guitar. Sounds fantastic both plugged and unplugged. And it's looking great! Beautiful guitar! Thanks for Thomann crew. All of my guitars were packed very safe!

Auf meiner Suche nach einer Gitarre mit kleinem Korpus bin ich auf die Modelle von Sheeran by Lowden gestoßen (Ich bin kein ausgewiesener Ed Sheeran Fan, was mich aber vom Kauf letztlich nicht abgehalten hat). Die Idee der Kooperation von Sheeran und Lowden war wohl, für nachkommende Gitarristinnengenerationen erschwingliche Gitarren anzubieten. „Erschwinglich“ ist sehr relativ und muss wohl auch im Zusammenhang mit den vergleichsweise höheren Kosten der Produktion in Nordirland gesehen werden. Ungeachtet dessen bekommt man für das Geld ein Instrument, was in puncto Verarbeitung und Klang seinesgleichen sucht. Ich bin absolut begeistert. Trotz des kleineren Korpus klingt die Lowden kraftvoll und erzeugt sowohl unverstärkt als auch über den Amp einen sehr präsenten Sound (mit leichten höhenbetonten „Dobroanteilen“ was ich sehr mag). Die verwendeten Hölzer sind ein Traum und sorgen für ein beachtliches Sustain. Der Hals fühlt sich gut an und liegt angenehm in der Hand. Die Gitarre ist sehr gut eingestellt, natürlich bundrein und hat einen für mich idealen Saitenabstand (2 mm am 12. Bund). Kurz um: Mit dem ersten gespielten Akkord gab es sofort eine Verbindung mit dem Instrument. So soll’s sein.
