Broken after 1 week of playing at studio

The connection between pedalboard and heelplate has broken after 1 week of playing. Pedalboard can be fixed in any position (does not fall down).
I liked the response of the pedal, but reliability is totally below my expectations. Good thing it broke in studio, where I had spare pedal.
