Ich wollte diesen Bass lieben... jedoch machte die schlechte Verarbeitung den Bass "unspielbar". Der Messing-Sattel war unsauber verarbeitet, was zu einem andauernden, unbehebbaren Schnarren der A-Saite führte. Daher ging der Bass zurück. Zudem fühlt sich der Hals nicht nach einem 1000 € Instrument an. Die Aguilar Pickups klingen für meinen Geschmack ebenfalls zu steril und nicht, wie beworben, nach dem klassischen Spector-Sound.
Es ist ein wunderschöner Bass - keine Frage, aber Optik alleine reicht leider nicht. So ein miserables Qualitätsmanagement habe ich nur bei einem 300 € Instrument erlebt. Ich werde künftig die Finger von teuren indonesischen Instrumenten lassen. Damit hat sich Spector keinen gefallen getan. Schade.
