Mailed about a pretty big issue with a simple arch of 2 90' 2x1m and 1x1.5 long x 50+25 legs. When unloaded it was not straight, laid sown it was several cm off the floor on one side. Contacted CS, and basically got told its not our problem, its made that way as and did not pass truss tests.. ofcourse not as its not a normal truss, its a decotruss. Why then is it written 100kg distributed load, plus the corner pieces can't be hung on wall without other pieces. Sounds fishy to me
The mail from CS about the problem:
These items are built with that purpose. When they do not pass the safety tests, they are sold as DECO items.
The information is there states that they should only be used as decoration and also includes the information that it did not pass the tests.
That is also the reason for the cheap price of the item.

Then why advertise evenly distributed 100 kilo load in the datasheet ?
Sorry thomann, you lost me at bad CS.
