They are cable straps
I like the color. Construction is a solid plastic with a simple loop and velcro system. Easy buy if you appreciate good cable management and a tidy workstation.

Decent but not knock out...
Good quality larger velcro cable ties that stay on the cable permanently and wrapped around even 10 metre cables with plenty of length to spare. The velcro could be more 'sticky' but this may mean or lasts longer - time will tell.
