great for the basics (but only for the newer fixtures)
For basic wireless control this is great
I've used this with my Stairville 240/8 led bar at small gigs and for basic operation its pretty great.
Things to be aware of:
- its infrared, so requires line of sight. If a band member or instrument is in the way you will lose control
- doesn't work with the older model of 240/8 led bar (the old and new have different print on the side of the unit, so if you're not sure compare your unit with the pictures on the website. If you have one master and one or more slave units then only the master has to be the newer type.

More Useful Than Expected!
I purchased this item with the 16 x 8 watt LED brick, thinking it might be useful for the odd thing. Since they arrived I quickly saw the potential. I often light stages for speakers/talks and now I don't need to use a dmx controller and leads at all for this. Small, convenient, and a lot more useful than you expect, I am finding it so much more useful than expected. Always amazed at the delivery times from Germany! Long time Thomann customer.

Remote control of lights
Does what you expect.
Depending on your light location you can control more than one light at the same time which is quite useful.
It’s possible to access all the features from this little device so I thoroughly recommend getting this if you have the lights that work with this remote.

Very easy to use, Simple product
I bought this to use with Stairville CLB2.4 Compact LED Par System, very easy to use and i have had it for 8 months now with daily use and haven't had to change the batteries yet!

Good for one light
this remote is great for one light as it is easer to control and a lot faster to set up than clicking behind the light.
the only problem is if two lights are close together (small acoustic band setup) you can not control them individualy. what you set on one the other one picks up.

Does Exactly what it looks like
I never used a manual for this remote, its self explanatory and easy to use, its robust enough to go in with any gear and good to use

OVERKILL
Out of all the stuff i ordered for my PA, this thing is the best! Actaully its the best 9e i have spent in my life. It makes using Stairville bars so EASY! I just love it. And what even surprised me more, is that it also can control my Stairville LED PAR lights. Its just amazing.
