I bought two guitars and was not satisfied with the quality. The instrument broke after a very minor impact — not a serious drop. This shows the build quality is quite low. Yes, the price is affordable, but I would strongly recommend choosing a better-quality product instead.
Customer service was also disappointing. They immediately blamed the customer and refused any support, saying it was a “personal fault.” No repair option, no goodwill gesture, no discount or alternative solution was offered. As someone who works in e-commerce, I find this approach very unprofessional. Overall, poor quality and poor customer service.
