The locating pins don't fit full into the holes on the "headstock", so the adapter rocks backwards and forwards, and when the strings are at tension, the adapter slips off very fast.

I'm very disappointed that for £25 for a wee tiny bit of metal and an Allen key, there can't at least be some kind of clue how to attach the thing to the guitar 🫣 I will now have to Google it and hope I can find the info I need.
