These stereo splitter cables are very expensive from many suppliers, but Thomann does a good deal on these.
It does exactly what it has to do, and does it with out lots of noise and produces a clear signal at the desk

Very Good Cable
Bought this stereo microphone for the Rode NT4 and works fine but do note that the left and right XLR'S are the reverse of those designated left and right on the original Rode cable ( assuming red=right, and white= left )
