Great Speakers Bad Customer Service

The speakers were great until they suddenly broke within a few months of usage. Contacted Thomann for further helps and solutions and what the customer service team provided so far is useless and time consuming. I expected those speakers being useful in my home studio in a daily basis but now one of the speaker is a big heavy dead brick.

I have had a lot of Tannoy Golds and in this pair there is one that is making a very disturbing peeping sound. None of the others had that problem.
