Was soll ich sagen, ich bin total begeistert. Auspacken, anschließen (vor einem Laneys-Amp der kurz vor dem Breakup eingestellt ist), einschalten und es flasht einen sofort zurück in die 80er/90er. Super schöner runder, warmer Analog-Chorus, der von subtil bis ziemlich schwurbelig sauber geregelt werden kann.

Das ganze dann in einer Top-Verarbeitung. Nix wackelt oder klappert, die Potis sind angenehm schwergängig, das Gehäuse wirkt extrem stabil.

Laut Hersteller ist die goldene "Special Edition" technisch zu 100% identisch zum schwarzen Gerät von 2021, insofern spreche ich für beide eine Kaufempfehlung für alle Fans analoger Chorus- und Flanger-Sounds aus.

Tip: Unbedingt mal in Stereo ausprobieren, das ist der Ultra-Hammer! Der Sound ist in Mono schon großartig, im echten Stereo-Betrieb geht die Sonne aber nochmal ein kleines Stückchen weiter auf.
