Great quality, so so performance

The built quality is great for the price.
But I wouldn't recommend this type of diffuser as a ceiling diffuser above the sweet spot.
Some think that space couplers makes great performance above sweet spot by making the room sound larger live. IMO I wouldn't go this way, because from my test (small mixing room, I hanged 2 units dropped from the ceiling below a cloud, above the sweet spot) it disturbed the focus of the sound and hurt the imaging. For a larger and more lively result I would go with scatter plates or QRD in the back wall and front wall. Anyway I passed the idea of space couplers above sweet spots.

Good value, well made

Well-made product. Solid wood and fairly solid construction. Also well-priced, as it is less expensive to order these to Canada from Germany than it is to buy an equivalent locally.

The packing is not great, but luckily there wasn't too much damage to the 4 panels I ordered from shipping. There were some strange bug bits and spider webs inside of one of the panels within the cellophane, which was a bit gross, but other a good buy.

After setting them up in my studio space, I actually ordered 4 more because I thought the acoustic improvement was worth the price.

Put it on my door as this one is lighter than the diffuser from them, but otherwise same dimensions. Cannot hear a difference if im in between this one and the regular diffuser on the wall oposite to the door.
