the t.mix xmix 1202 FX USB

This 12 channel desk, straight from the box, took minutes to set up. The controls are easy and straightforward to use, well laid out and clearly labelled. Connecting to an amp or powered speakers is simple and the range of control is good. The FX are different from other desks I have used but after a few minutes playing around the desired FX was found and sent to both monitors and FOH. For a small band, even a studio this is a well prices and versatile desk with very low noise (I tried at full volume through a 5000w PA and only the slightest system noise could be heard).
The only thing I would like to see is a gain control on the 7/8 and 9/10 channels just to give a bit more control. Possibly the inclusion of a compressor on a couple of the mic channels would also help. But this is not expected on a desk at this price.
I would not hesitate to recommend this desk.

First of all, the echo for singing is quite limited. The delay and reverb controls are not fully adjustable, which is one of the key strengths expected in a mixer. For future improvement, I would suggest installing separate delay and reverb controls or improving their settings. If this is upgraded, the product will become even more successful.
Overall, the quality of the equipment is very good and the standard is excellent. Everything works well. However, customer service staff sometimes seem overwhelmed due to handling many orders, and they may need better training to improve customer experience.
