Good tool, but could be improved
I bought this mic holder to use with various different microphone sizes (Shure SM57, SM57, Sennheiser MD441, PG, ...).
Pros:
You can use this holder for various microphones (if you didn't have this type of holder, you would need to change holders if you would need different microphones).
Cons:
Spring holding 2 sides of holder together should be a bit stronger, to have more firmly tight on microphone and to prevent it from falling down.tgo

Bargain!
A clothes peg style mic clip - useful for emergencies it holds a wide range of sizes of microphone. This one is as good as any and is really cheaply priced. Worth having in case you're stuck for a mic clip.

ok universal mic clip
ok universial mic clip for microphones not fitting into other std clips/holders. The plastic feels a bit cheap, but if not abused it should hold up. Would not buy it for really heavy touring/gig use. But for home/studio use it should be just fine.
