Not Bad - But Has A Dead Fret During Warm Weather Or Inside.

I'd like this guitar a lot if it didn't have a too buzzy section, sometimes dead frets. The problem area is from Frets 9 to 12. Too buzzy. On the Hi-E, Fret 11 is dead to often or wrong pitch. Hi Tension Strings help but don't cure the problem
