Good all rounder
I wanted a more solid stand for when I was playing longer duration performances or rehearsals and this ticks all the boxes. Size of the sheet music area is good. The depth of the shelf holding the music is really great, I can put a lot of music and pens etc. on it that won't fall off while I'm playing or moving music around.
Solid build, good sturdy legs and tightening screws are easy to use. Obviously being a solid music stand that part doesn't collapse down small so it makes it a little awkward at times to carry. It's not really a criticism, as that's the whole point of this stand, but just something to note if you're used to a fully collapsible stand.
So far it's stood up very well to being transported and thrown around a little in cars etc.
I have paired this with the Might Bright duet LED light and it makes for a great all round music stand and light combo.
Very happy overall with it.

When Premium comes with a low cost tag
Sturdy music stand with a classy yet modern look of a fully black satin finish. It will not budge even with a sheet book on it. I was unfortunate to have one with a slight cosmetic defect on the sheet stand but it's not visible when a score is loaded on it, so it doesn't bother. For the cost, you can't get any better but I don't really feel any major improvement in looks nor finishes from the more budget model from Thomann. Still looks great and feels premium.

At a Price!
We bought 30 of these stands and although they are relatively easy to assemble it was still a lengthy (and tedious) process. Whilst the majority were ok, out of the whole batch of 30 there were a few small dents on some of the top plates (probably due to the way they are packed in a single box) and in one particular case a totally twisted screw thread on a base that no matter how many swaps of fittings I couldn't fix.
They are pretty stable inside (never used outside the practice room) and take a fair bit of weight with music and pads. We've been using them regularly for a while and they seem reasonably robust. My only issue is whether they are really any better than the cheaper ones in the same range.
However, at the price it's hard to complain!

Stand for workers
Very good stand, price is low, works well. Little heavy, but I don't use it outside my studio. If you are on the road it could be better the choose a lither version stand.

The joint where the two tubes connect is moving a bit when the stand is set to maximum height, but it doesn't cause disturbing stability problems. A very good stand and absolutely worths its price!

Probably great for sheet music but
I ordered this for a friend who wants to put a laptop on top, it's a bit flimsy for that but he is happy, although I can see disaster on the horizon. For the twenty euros it cost it wasn't worth returning. It's quite well made to be fair and as I said probably great for paper.

pretty good for the money
this is my home practice stand so weight not an issue - one of the reasons i got it was i sometimes use an iPad to read from - this stand holds it really steadily
the quality isn't amazing and the joint between the big plate of metal and the bracket doesn't fit very well but it was cheap so no complaints
it's also a bit ugly - my wife insists i always keen some music on it to cover the vast expanse of blackness!

Very good stand
We bought a lot of this stands for our orchestra and we are very pleasure with them. All connections parts are made of metal and they are really good. The table is solid and it looks nice.
For this price I think it is very very good choice and I recommend it.

Good stand for its price but...
It´s a very nice stand but could have some improvements on it.
One thing that annoys me a lot, is the metal pins over the metal sheet. Not good when you´re writing over it.
Also this metal sheet is not very sturdy, shaking a little bit when you lean your hand on it.
Anyway, I was expecting much less for this price. The product is very stable on its legs and has a lot of height / angle adjustments.
Very recommended for music schools!

Good stand, but seems to not have the best joints
So, I've had a few of these stands, and they are good for what they are, and that is a cheap stand. However, my personal drawback is that I've had multiple failures in key places - the last one I had, the thread on the tripod feed adjuster stripped for example.
You get what you pay for, so no complaints, just be gentle with it :)
